Working as a hairdresser for over 12 years, Nicole is currently a member of the exclusive L'oreal Matrix Team Ireland.  She is one of 12 elite hairdressers selected from all over Ireland, whose focus is on the national education of all Matrix salon staff throughout the country. Nicole teaches courses, happy hours and demonstrations in salons nationwide. The team also showcase their skills and talents throughout the UK and Ireland on various shoots, shows and competitions, with the latest in Nicole's portfolio being  "Matrix Destination Fame" competition and the "Matrix Icon" Tour 2012.



Nicole is also the Salon Manager and Spa Co-ordinator of Revas Spa, at Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel, Adare, Co. Limerick. Here she focuses hugely on the training and progression of the trainees and juniors within the company.

Nicole also has a background in business studies with a first class Bachelor of Business Studies Degree from the University of Limerick. At Revas Spa, she also focuses on marketing and other business techniques which she loves to share with her delegates during courses also.



While at the spa, Nicoles main specialty is wedding and occasion hair styling, working on a one-on-one basis with brides for the last 12 years.
